Qualification (Claimed:35 Awarded: 35)
Previous Earnings: (Claimed:30 Awarded: 0)
You stated an income of £ 5905.33 earned in Pakistan
You have supplied wage slips to support the income claimed.
The tax return supplied could not be assessed as it was not fully endorsed by both your employer and the tax office.
The employer letter supplied could not be assessed as it did not demonstrate your salary during the period assessed
INFACT INCOME TAX RETURN WAS STAMPED AND SIGNED TWICE BY THE TAX OFFICE (BY RECIEVING PERSON). I HAVE NEVER HEARD THAT EMPLOYER HAS TO ENDORSE INCOME TAX RETURN AS WELL. IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE PARTICULARY FROM PAKISTAN WHO HAS DONE THEIR INCOME TAX RETURN ENDORSED BY EMPLOYER.
THE EMPLOYER LETTER HE IS TALKING ABOUT IS FROM EMPLOYER, JUST MENTIONING HIS AVAILABILITY IN OFFICE, HIS DESIGNATION AND WISHING ME FUTUR SUCCESS.
UK experience: (Claimed 5 Awarded 0)
You have claimed points for previous studying in the UK. The evidence supplied in the qualification category does not support this because:
The Home Office letter and the passport visa supplied supported your studies in the United Kingdom since September 2005.
As only completed course can be assessed in this section we were only able to assess your studies at abc University up to march 2006.
The duration of studies demonstrated was therefore September 2005 to March 2006. This is less than the one full year of studies required.
CHECK THIS! I HAVE PROVIDED HOME OFFICE LETTER OF STUDENT PERMISSION AND ORIGINAL STUDENT STATUS LETTER FROM MY UNIVERSITY, MENTIONING MY COURSE START DATE OF SEPMTEMBER 2003 AND END DATE MARCH 2006 (THIS LETTER WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED though 3 copies obtained from university and 3 of them I have used in diffierent sections). AS YOU GUYS KNOW WHEN WE GET STUDENT VISA FROM BRITISH EMBASSIES, WE DON'T GET ANY STUDENT PERMISSION LETTER. SINCE SEPTEMBER 2003 I HAVE HAD TWO EXENTIONS AND I HAVE PROVIDED BOTH LETTER OF STUDENT PERMISSION. FIRTS LETTER RECIEVED IN JANUARY 2005 SECOND LETTER RECIEVED IN SEPTEMBER 2005.
EVEN MY ACADEMIC TRANSCIPT (QUALIFICATION SECTION) MENTIONED MY COURSE START DATE 'SEP 03' AND END DATE 'MARCH 06' AS WELL BUT IGNORED
Age Assessment (Claimed:20 Awarded 0 ):
You have claimed 20 points, stating you are 27 or under.
No original documents were supplied in support of this section.
The translation of your birth certificate supplied could not be assessed as it was not made by a recognized translator and it was not supported by the original document.
No grounds for exceptional consideration were claimed. There we were unable to assess the passport copy on an exceptional basis.
IN THIS SECTION I HAVE PROVIDED ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE IN ENGLISH, ATTESTED BY MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF PAKISTAN. UPON. USUALLY THEY CHECK OLD BIRTH REGISTER, AND WRITE INFORMATION ON PAPER IN URDU BUT UPON MY REQUEST THEY THEMSELVES GIVE ME INFORMATION IN ENGLISH AND THEN ATTEST IT. IT IS ACCEPTABLE PIECE OF EVIDENCE BECAUSE IT WAS ATTESTED BY THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS. BUT HE THOUGH I AM PRESENTING TRANSLATED BIRTH CERTIFICATE BUT INFACT IT WAS NOT TRANSLATED IT WAS ORIGINAL ISSUED BY THE UNION COUNCIL. JUST TO CORROBORATE I HAVE PROVIDED MY NOTARIZED COPY OF PERSONAL DETAIL PAGE OF PASSPORT AND VISA ENDORSEMENT BY UK'S RENOWNED NOTARY PUBLIC. BUT INVAIN
I am totally outraged. I don't know whether its my inability or their's. I had presented my application in decent order, decorated with color tabs and that. moreover, just to make assessment easier, I had attached separate letter explaining every single detail in the application. but I reckon nobodydid bother to look at these.
I don't know which way to go...AARRGHH
