ILR Eligibility Date

Hi There,

Can you please confirm if my understanding is right. Just wanted a second opinion as I've left myself a rather narrow margin. My details are below;

Tier 1 G Visa validity: July 4th 2008 - July 4th 2013
1st entry into UK: July 4th 2008
ILR qualification date: July 4th 2013
To be able to apply 28 Days before July 4th 2013: Eligible from 6th June 2013

I've booked an ILR PEO appointment on 7th June 2013. As per guidelines, I should be good to go? Is that right? Please confirm.

If the 1st entry has been made within the 3 months of getting visa then an ILR application can be sent 28 days before.

is it only before 28 days visa expiry or ALSO 28 days before 5th anniversary -for people whose visa takes them beyond 5 years of continuous stay (e.g. combination of work permit and Tier 1 G).
