Tier 2 General rejected due to salary - Please Help

My friend got rejected hi application due to salary requirements. Hi job is head of telecommunication which needs 40000 salary

he is earning around 24000 but he is more like a telecommunication specialost he applied based on the OLD SOC code


What can he do now? How long has he got

This the emloyers mistake they should have matched his job desc properly before applying.

On what date he was assigned COS ?

What SOC Code employer used for his COS?

What salary was put in COS?

How many hours were put in COS?

Cos is 1136 job title head of IT with sal 24000 35 hrs

Req salary is 40000 reason for refusal

In know it is big diff he shed have known this before he applied but here
We are in a situation

His job is more like 2139 new SOC code telecom manager req salary 20300.

He got 5 days to appeal can he appeal with new SOC code ?

Or make a new application if so can he work?
