refusal query

Post by rottweiler987 » Sat May 04, 2013 10:57 am

Hi all
Hope everyone doing well!
I submitted my entreprenuer application in dec last year. A week ago I got my refusal letter. The reason they gave me were quite stupid I believe.
They said I didn't provide them a letter from my solicitor confirming my sponsors letter whereas in guidance they say it can be one document signed by me my sponsor and the solicitor. Anyway I sent them a copy of the letter I submitted with my initial application and a fresh letter from my solicitor confirming that it was singed before him by me and my sponsor.

Second reason they mentioned was I sent them some in01(ef) form for registering a company instead of my company's documents (incorporation documents)
The funny thing is I don't even know what this in01(ef) document is let alone sending it with my initial application.
I had the appeal right and I appealed against the decision providing all the necessary documents in support of my appeal

My question is once this appeal is sorted, say they accept my appeal, do I get the visa or they going to further process my application? As in the refusal letter they say we have the right to check your application further even if your appeal is successful.
Anyone knows what can happen now?

Thanks

Yes its upto them if your appeal is successful, they may apply to the upper tribunal against your approved appeal and if they don't decide to appeal, they may ask you for any evidence but its rare because they have many many old cases to clear..

Interesting topic! How about if someone is refused based on Third party's bank letter. After successful appeal, will home office confirm the letter with third party's bank or issue visa straightaway?

@therock, they may ask for current third party funding evidence. This was my personal experience, though outside the country.
