Do I need to provide a P45 for HSMP?

I am planning to post my application this week.
For the salary part I am claiming for perion 06/04/06 to 05/04/07.
I have got P60 and all salary slips.
Do I need to provide a P45 to them as well? The first 4 months wage slips were from my previous employer.

Or P60 and wages slips will be good enough for them?

Is all the wage slips need to be stamped and signed????

If you are using as prove of earnings, you only need P60, 12months payslips include bank statement to show ur salary been paid into it and highlight it to show the caseworker that the amount correspond wit ur payslips or if u cant get bank statement, get a employer letter statin the exact amount u are claiming for.

You dont need P45, you only need P60 + Payslips....and also to make ur earning claims more strong, supply bank statements + letter from employer stating how much u are claiming for the period and also how much u earn annually.....that was wot i submitted and got approved within 3wks.

Is ur payslips printed on ordinary A4 white paper? If yes, then u'll nned to get it signed and stamped. But if its printed like that of a P60/P45, then u dont need to have it signed & stamped.
