WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM TIME ??

Hi all,
Every one is asking what is the minimum time of processing of tier 1 entrepreneur visa !!
But I would like to know what is the maximum time to consider a application???????

Seen two people who have been waiting over 9 months... and are still waiting... I think we could all sleep easier if we knew there was a limit, but problem is we could potentially be waiting years.
