Hi,
I have applied for ILR in June 2012 which was refused in October 2012. My wife applied for FLR(M) in July 2012 as she hasn't completed her 2 years on spouse.
her FLR(M)was also refused in line with my one in october 2012.
We won the appeal in February 2013 and i received my ILR in March 2013.
My wife still didn't receive her card/documents yet.
We went to sheffield PEO in person to ask about status of my wife application. Customer adviser said its still showing as refused in their system and different department deal with it. He said he can't help any more. Such a useless people in UKBA.
I am sending faxes and email to all complaints center of UKBA. No reply from UKBA.
I asked my MP and their PA is saying it will take 4 weeks to send your letter to UKBA as they are receiving 1000 emails per week and there is only 2 full staff working for MP. Such a useless MP i'm contituent of.
I asked my solictor to write to them and he said he have written to them 2 weeks ago no reply yet.
Any budy can give me any advise ? what to do ?? We have travel plans in comming weeks.
UKBA is not replying at all even sending them faxes and emails every week.
Should i involve ombudsman or write to UKBA cheif executive ??
please help .
