got visa

applied april 20
acknowledgement letter receivd on 26 april
biometric letter received and done on 29th.
got letter of approval today
along will all other documents
did not use a solicitor
i followed instructions word to word as per the guidelines

Where did you applied your visa? Outside UK or in UK?

You should appreciate the UKBA for such unbelievable performance and the timeline you have mentioned,it seems you would have received your BRP tomorrow if it were not Sunday.But unfortunately,it is Sunday. So be patient until Monday.

shifting from psw 50k route. psw was expiring on june 1st.

cash in uk. my acc

business type is level 6.

i submitted

business plan including financials(profita and loss account, sales forecast). my business card attached to it stating my role. my role was found on the soc codes level 6( the higher the better)

oh bdw my degree has nothing to do with the business i am doing. so u dont have to stick to your degree. your degree is just an english qualification.

marketing material. gumtree ad printout(learning from other peoples mistakes as been watchin this website for months now)., my website printout of each page. my email is @mydomainname.

2 contracts. not jus a bloody invoice..invoice shud be numbered..and full with term and conditions blah blah blah and company letterhead and contacts of the clients. email address supplied and mob number only.no landline. this was signed by me and the client.

business bank statements..received payments from contracts(NOT CASH PAYMENTS)

i printed out statement..got it stamped by my bank
maintenance..printed out statement..got it stamped by bank

business support classes i went for..coz the tax system here for ltd companies is complicated.real time paye, coorporation tax,.you need this to learn how to write business plan..do not hire someone to write for you. i learnt how to tackle the financials section and this is the main part as it shows if ur gona make a profit..

google business support..so many free services..uk government helps alot

submitted my degree and transcript.

companies house printout appointmet report and incorp certi

anything else i rem il post..

just follow guidelines . dont use a solicitor. they just want your money.

this is just my experience. Does not mean it will work for everyone.

My presentation of doc was neat. using dividers for ease of navigation.

Quick question, how many years are graduate entrepreneur visas valid/granted for ?
