What this mean "one line" please ask your complete question what section or what number therein you have left to fill in,then someone will be able to advice whether its mandatory or not or in addition can you request? to complete it while your application is in progress.

SIMPLY FILL A CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCE FORM AND ATTACH THE SECTION OF APPLICATION FORM WHICH YOU HAVE MADE CORRECTIONS AND ALSO ATTACH A SMALL COVER LETTER STATING YOUR REASON SENDING THAT SECTION OF FORM.
IF YOU JUST CALL OR SEND THE MISSING INFO LIKE THAT YOU WILL BE REJECTED.
MOST GUYS HAVE MADE SUCH OUTRAGEOUS MISTAKE AND HAVE BEEN REJECTED... PLEASE DONT ASK ME HOW YOU CAN GET A CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCE FORM. I WONT ANSWER YOU. GO AND RESEARCH YOURSELF..
