Hello to Everybody

Is there anybody who attended appeal hearing date. Please share your experience that what arguments have been presented by your solicitor regarding Bank letter, advertisement, contracts, company house and what questions have been asked to the Tier1 applicant by home office solicitor?.

I am curious as well, I have an appeal coming up and I would like to know what the odds are of success. PSW Cat d - refusal reason was due to lack of name on company website

Hi, I would be grateful if you can elaborate a little bit more on the arguments you put forward for your appeal and the Judge's comments. Also what was the home office presenting officer's arguments as well.
