Question about bank statements for proving £900 maintenance

Post by ashaffrey » Wed May 15, 2013 7:27 am

I am currently in New Zealand applying for my Tier 2 General Visa. My work has sponsored me but have not covered me for maintenance. I have had £900 in my account since 15/02/13 and the 90 days takes me up to today - 15/05/13. I have original bank statements sent to me by the bank dating from 15/02/13 - 13/05/13. However, I need 14/05 and 15/05 which I can print from online banking but I am concerned that they won't be accepted as bank statements on original letter headed paper. There is no Barclays in NZ to get the statements stamped. Is anyone able to help out with what the visa office will accept and not accept?

They will not consider the online statement without the bank stamp.
The best way is to email ur bank and ask for new statement according ur date and they will send u with but the will charge u for it.
