Can someone please confirm if a care home manager can sponsor an employee (currently on tier 4 studying nvq in health and social care)

Depends if the post is nqf level 6 the pay meets the min salary requirement looking at the soc codes a senior care worker is level 3 which I doubt will attract a sponsorship

The code 6146 corresponds to senior care worker have a look.

What about SOC code 1242 at NQF 4 as he is currently doing nvq6 in healthcare management. Its not on the shortage occupation list...

He needs to be nqf level 6 to be eligible to apply for the tier 2
