WIFE's ILR dependent visa renewal afters geting citizenship

Post by faab28 » Thu May 16, 2013 12:20 am

Hello

I am seeking advice if somebody have experience or knowledge about my queary

I am currently on ILR and My wife is my dependent, We have been married together for 4 years and live together in UK. Initially she was my Tier1 dependent and she could not take life in UK exam in time due to personal reason and hence i have to get her dependent visa again after my ILR.

Now i have got naturalisation,
Do i have to apply for ILR visa for her (she has passed Life in UK Exam)
OR
Can she directly apply for naturalisation as she has been my dependent for >3 yrs

Please advice as email to UKBA gets no reply

thank you

regards

ILR is required before naturalisation.
