HELP! missed contracts due to visa, change in business plan

Hi all,

I am a nurse by profession and have applied for 50K route from PSW and have an interview coming up soon. I have already invested some of my funds in a business which is not related to my profession.
I been approached by various recruiting agencies, since I have a Ltd company, I can also do a contract with these companies and provide nursing services. But since I do not have my passport or visa, they have declined doing business with me.

Can I tell this to my interviewer that I can also provide nursing services with addition to my current business, I lost like 5 contracts, though I did not report to UKBA about my nursing career in the beginning, which of course they will see in my resume ?

Just to add I have been waiting for the visa for 7 months and there is such a shortage of nurses in this country, I could have already been in this business!

Is nursing greater than NFQ level 4 ?
IF No, than I am sure you cannot do this once you will get your T1E.
