BY doing so may not in line of UKBA Tier 1 earnings regulations? Seems they need just 12 month period earning, and mine will be 13 month then.. will it seem tricky?Lucapooka wrote:Yes, if both entered your account and appear on statements with dates that fall within the 364 day window. Sounds good. One more question. If I submited applicaiton already without claiming the earnings on 30 Mar 2012, can I submit additional materials to include that? Or if it gets refused, can it be submitted again by counting that salary?Lucapooka wrote:A 12 month earning-period is defined as a period of 12 months in which all earnings garnered are counted; it is not defined as being 12 monthly payments to the exclusion of anything else.
I don't think this is the case.
