Just to inquire that due to writing name at the back of the pictures that I provided to homeoffice had got some very minor thin ink marks on it. Although the picture is very clear and meeting all the mandatory guidance. If not accepted will home office ask for new pictured or will straightaway reject the application. If rejected will this happen after or befire biometrics. Also which picture do they use on BRP. The one v provide or the one thwy take in BRP. Please guide.

they will not use that photo.... they take pic while ur giving bio metrics...
but still suggest to take new pics...

but y they ask for photos from us then if they dont use those ones....
i think i shall wait untill they ask me for new photos.
OR
will they not ask and reject my application.

UKBA will return the application as invalid and refund the fee through cheque.

Will ukba send back the invalid application before biometrics or I even have to do biometrics in anycase. In other words if I get my biometric letter will this mean that ukba has considered my application valid.

Is it better for me to post new photos with covering letter. Or is it best to wait. Wat I dont want is they consider my application invalid after my leave expires and then I wont b able to reapply as I would be an overstayer. Please advise

you can re-apply if UKBA sent back the application as invalid.
However, you may need to update previous earning and maintenance fund proof...

But can i still Re-apply if they return my applicaton invalid after my current leave expires.....What options do i have in that case....my current leave expires 8th June..I havent recieved biometrics yet for this application....
