Here is me again. Visa has been refused today!
0 points out of 75 points reason saying funds are held in the form of fixed deposits and therefore not freely transferable to the UK. Further more the bank letter does not mention the figures in pounds.

I have no where seen FD is not applicable when I was applying and appreciate your idea on this. I have attached a conversion rate taken from Oanda and apparently this is not sufficient. Anyway I will be re-applying after researching the ways I can overcome this situation.

Got My visa rejection letter Yeaterday.

Applied Jan 17th 2013, 50K in my UK Account.
PSW to Tier 1 (E)
Rejection letter recieved On 21st May dated 17th May

Reason:
The Eveidance You have provided to support registration of your business is dated 19/09/2011. This date does not fall within 3 months prior to the date of your application dated 17/01/2013.


I had submitted the Current appointment letter which was dated 08/12/2012. I started my company on 19/09/2011.

I was checking on the net for a freedomm of information request related to this confusion and you can see the reply from UKBA in the link below.

Well HO representative withdrew it on the hearing day itself and in the court room! How closer can it be.. anyway it's another wait, which always is a pain..
