refusal, no right of appeal

today i received refusal with no right of appeal?
my questions:
am i over stayer now?
can i reapply or can i go back to student visa?

You can re apply as long as you have a valid visa. I believe you still have a valid visa that's why u dont have right of appeal.

What was your reason for refusal ?
Based on that you have to appeal or go back ...
Strange you didnt got the right to appeal ......

In this situation, I would suggest to write a letter straightaway to the UKBA and explain to them your facts that has either wrongly been taken into consideration or even ignored them.Secondly,if at the time of your application you had a valid visa,you should have been given the right of appeal but they didn't which itself describing an unlawful act of the UKBA.So in this context you should highlight them their mistake of no right of appeal for which you can seek legal remedy against the UKBA in court of law.

In my opinion,this may pressurise them to extend you a right of appeal
properly recorded on their system in response to your application.
