I am getting my paylips signed by the Finance Controller and the Enclosing Letter (with Gross Salary info) from the Company by the HR Manager. This letter will contain the contact information of the HR Manager.

Queries
1) Can I have 2 different signatories for Payslips and Enclosing Letter?
2) How do I give the designation and contact information of the Signatory of the Paysliips (Finance Controller)?

I did not receive any reply. Perhaps I was not clear in my query.
My query is - Can I give the name, designation and Contact Information about the signatory of the payslips in my HSMP application enclosing Letter (i.e. the Enclosing letter which will only be signed by me)?

Will this be considered sufficient information about the signatory?
