Company Sponsorship Licence

Hi There,

I am after getting company sponsorship licence with UK Boarder agency. I need to know what are the basic requirements and how I can apply successfully.

I also need to know that the company I am asking about sponsorship licence is a commercial refrigeration retailing. [The company sells commercial fridges and install fridges in big cash and carries.]
Is this private limited company eligible for sponsorship licence.
