It depends what type of application she is making for example, set(m) requires the relationship to be subsisting. I am assuming that the application will be for another category i.e. PBS applicant?ldbright wrote:My friend and her husband decided to go separate ways and get a divorce (God bless my friend!)
She is the main applican so my question is that will this divorce effect or have negative impact on her ILR? Her husband will no longer apply with her so she will be the only applican.
Any advice will be appreciated as she is going through a very hard time at the moment. Thank you.
