My Wife & Daughter have a restaurant, and have found a chef. He left his
old job, after we told him he could work for us. No one could have been expected to live where he was......
Here are where the problems start.
I informed the Home Office, and they said l had to fill in a FLTRIE, which l did, but it got the knock back, as l had not give enough details. They have accepted my wives business so it is not classed as a new Business.
But l had advertised the job as a Spam assistant, and took/accepted him
on a Soux Chef basis.
I have advertised the job again, but am afraid, it will get the knock back again, even though his details will match the job on offer.
I advertised through the job centre, l now have to leave it 28 days before l apply again.
Phoning up 2 or three agency's to see if they can help, l am told he shouldn't be in country if he has left his old job, and will not take on the case.
The Home Office have not said he cant stay,? Help??
