got refusal. help needed urgently

hi there, i have got refusal today on the bases of contract. email was missing so i am bit worried. the problem is the company cancel contract with my company because they do not want to wait for my visa. i have got refusal after 7 months. now if i go for appeal, is there any chance that i would appeal with new contract ?

oh and landline number is missing as well but the company i was contracted had no landline number

So sorry to hear about your refusal. Did you provide landline number or mobile number on the contracts? And did you provide their address? And company website?

i did provide mobile number and company address. company has no website at the moment.

Go for the appeal and you should win the appeal.. Make strong grounds of appeal with reasons and logics.

my question is still same that can i submit new contract instead of old one?

If UKBA didn't call you for interview or any intermediate communication for new documents then you can obviously provide new contract with latest activities. Business is not a static activity; it cannot rely on single contract for life.
