ILR uder process,company nearly close,,plz help

ILR uder process,company nearly close,,plz help

Hi every body,

my Tier 1 basis ILR application is under process,and for some reason my LTD company got notice and proably it will be closed in 8weeks.
Now question is will it bad effact my application but at the time of application and earning proof period time there was no problem as company was in business.

No body could predict as to when your ILR process will be completed.You should be informing UKBA as there is going to be a change of circumstances . If UKBA were to find out from Companies House regarding the closure of your Ltd company, that will affect your ILR.

It is a matter of change of circumstances which you need to report as it correctly said by Kevin24.

Thank you for that. If there is a change of circumstances afte OP gets his ILR, My understanding is that it is not necessary to report. Trust I am correct on this.

If the required income/earning limit has already been met till the time of ILR eligibility period then it will certainly have no bad affect on the application but just as a precaution updating regarding this could be helpful.
