appealed on 14 may no fee has been taken out

hi i am really frustrated about the appeal actualy my lawyer appeal on my behalf and the money havent been take out yet...........plus my employer ask me for visa but its refused and now its appealed but havent received any confirmation from court now what shall i tell them i am really confused now any expert advise please..

I think its quite normal as they take some time before they deduct your fees so take it easy ........... regarding employer show them your acknowledgement letter as your appeal is under process so your status is same as your last leave to remain until appeal decided.

Reham01 thanks for your reply but I hvent got any acknowledgment from court yet I have got only fax copy which my lawyer did. So can I show them that I have appealed and here is the fax acknowledgement but waiting an acknowledgement from court yet.

get your lawyer to write a letter to your employer explaining that you have appealed and you are waiting for conformation from the court.

attach the fax receipt and also make sure that your lawyer states in the letter the relevant laws explaining that your status is still the same as your last leave to remain pending when your appeal is decided.

You might also want to read/print out section 3c (attached) , which clearly outlines your rights;

Thanks very much for your kind information I have requested my lawyer a letter but all lawyers are greedy asking for dues even though I have paid them some before lodging the appeal anyways thanks.
