Child of Tier 2 dependent

Post by ukbatier2 » Fri May 31, 2013 8:51 pm

Hi all,

I have tier 2 general visa, my wife is my dependent and she's got a child from the previous marriage. Is there any chance or visa category(except visitor) under which we can bring the child except me adopting the child?

Thanks in advance

He could qualify under
Paragraph 319H (f) (ii) or (iii)

It may help if evidence is provided to show that you have sole responsibility of the child, and this has been the case for a while.
