2 years probation and eligible ILR or not?

Post by jaberdene » Sun Jun 02, 2013 9:41 am

Hi all

I gained ILR under long residency when I was Tier 4 migrant. My wife applied for FLR M just before 06 Apr 2013 and was recently granted 2 years spouse visa under part 8 (neither financial req nor 2.5+2.5=5 years rule). She became Tier 4 Migrant dependant before 12 July 2012.
My question: is my wife eligible to apply for ILR now or have to wait 2 more years to do that?

cheers[/img]

thank you very much,
Im just thinking a PBS migrant dependant who managed to get spouse visa under part 8 and 2 years probation period then he or she can amalgamate their PBS dependant leave with spouse leave to build the probation period no matter of previous immigration category. Am I right?

cheers
