First & surname issue(passport vs P60)

Hi,

My name in passport is surname : (blank) Given name: Aa Bb Cc
Name on my P60 is surname:Cc, first name: Aa Bb

I am writing in AN application as surname : (blank) Given name: Aa Bb Cc; as in passport, will this be an issue?

Please go with your Passport. P60 for mine was also inaccurate. But this should not matter. They can check the P60 details through the NI number, no worries.
