foreign transaction

Hi, i am applying for tier 1 general extension. I am a bit confuse can i show my transaction from pakistan as i did business online by making asignment. I recieved payment from pakistan in uk. Can i show this transaction in my accounts for tier 1 general extension or i can only show self employed business that i did in uk.
