spouse degree/work experience

Pls i need advice on this, i am claiming the 10 point for my spouse, i'll like to know whether it is her degree that matters most, or the degree + her work experience, for me to get the 10 points.

It is either/or - it does not make any difference. However, qualification can be proved by a single certificate and it could be tricky to prove experience if everything is not in black and white. Why complicate matters unnecessarily':?:'
