payment problem

Post by 2321 » Fri Jun 07, 2013 5:24 pm

Hello

I made an application for Naturalisation recently using two different credit cards, one is gone through and the other one is declined the card being faulty which I came to know today itself.

I tried to phone them but couldn't and emailed them to hold until alternate payment is made but that wouldn't help me now.

Now my concern is will my application send back unprocessed?

I used NCS.

Can any one respond please.

Thank you.

Did you somehow supplied two credit card details for one application, or did you submit applications for two people?

It was a joint application attracting discounted fees, used two different cards.

Trying to do it quickly might cause even more delay.

Because you ended up providing details of a problematic card, you just need to be a little patient.

Just provide them with new payment details when they write to you.

I am not saying that they will, but even if they return your application unprocessed, you just will need to include the correct remaining payment and post the application back.

By the way, your application will not even be looked at until they get the full payment, so in any case it will remain unprocessed, until paid for in full.

They have already told you the address for reply, so you already know where.

Same payment slip as you sent with your application.
