For those planning to appeal.

From my obeservation, Appeal processing is expected to take long. Just to get a hearing date since lodging is expected to take upto 2 months. The actual hearing date may fall anywhere around 6-8 months from lodging. and then another 3-6 months for the issue of visa if won.

Also, i have found this recently published on HM Courts and Tribunals service website:

"Important - the Tribunal is currently receiving high volumes of appeals. Appeal registration, including the processing of appeal fees is currently taking up to six weeks. If you have lodged an appeal and have not heard from the Tribunal after a six week period and wish to contact the Tribunal, contact details can be found on our Contact us page."
