Finally heard from caseworker after just under 5 months

Post by yawar » Mon Jun 10, 2013 8:41 pm

Just an update as i found this forum very helpful.

Today my caseworker asked me via email to submit my degree(i submitted transcript) and to fill in Section E again. He said i have a driving offence ( defective tyre but court issued me 3 penalty points and 60 pounds fine) which i mentioned in my PSW application but did not mention on Tier 1 application. I was given 7 days to submit these documents.

So i consulted a solicitor and he asked me to fill this one as a criminal offence as it was issued by the court. So filled E1 and E2 and rest as answer "No".
On safe side i did send original counter part of my driving license in case.
Replied case worker telling him about the documents as well as giving him tracking number of the parcel.

Brief info about my application
Applied= 13th Jan 2013
Bio= 27th Jan 2013
PSW to T1 (50K)
Founds maintained throughout in my personal bank account.
Submitted just standard documents.

Will update as soon as i hear from caseworker.
