Win an appeal against Tier 4 refusal with no right of appeal

Post by cmaspk » Fri Jun 14, 2013 9:36 pm

I won an appeal against tier 4 refusal with no right of appeal on 7 may 2013. I have received the court determination but I haven't heard anything from UKBA yet and I haven't got £140 back from the court which is appealing fee for the first tier tribunal. What does that mean do anyone know or can help me about it as court didn`t refund my fee yet i thought UKBA might decide to reappeal against the decision. Please any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks

You should wait 2 to 3 week and if appeal allowed they send you visa card don't worry
I know some one who win appeal in feb 2013 and still waiting for visa but if you ask first tier tribunal they said appeal allowed waiting to issue biomatric card so don't worry you be fine
And you get money back in 2 to 3 week
Thanks
