ILR on completion of Tier 1 General 5 years

Post by Aliasg28 » Sun Jun 16, 2013 11:57 am

Hi
Could anyone help me with this question
I am due to apply ILR after completing 5 years on Tier 1 General in April 2015. My wife was issued Dependent visa on 6 July 2012.
I want to know if she will be able to apply ILR same time as me in may 2015

As your wife is under the old rules she will need to have spent 2 years as a PBS dep before being able to apply for ILR. If her current visa expires before the 2 year qualification period is up then she needs to extend her pbs dep leave, this can be done at the same you apply for ILR.

Here is the form to apply for your wife on PBS dependent at the same time with your ILR.
