MN1 application - am i right with documentation

Dear members,

First of all, I have read al the sticky including - Citizenship FAQs - Common Questions - Read before posting. Just wanted to confirm whether the documentation I am planning to submit for MN1 application inder section 1(3) is enough as I am not applying through NCS.

1. Child's current indian passport
2. Child's full birth certificate
3. Passport of both parents
4.ILR residence permit of both parents

Do I have to send any photographs of the child with this application?

I have read this guide completely but it is not mentioned anywhere about submitting evidence for parent's ILR whereas ''Citizenship FAQs - Common Questions - Read before posting'' gives a different list of documents. Thats why i decided to confirm it again.

According to the guide I need to supply only child's birth certificate. Is that right?
