You must go for appeal. Once they issued you Tier1 PSW already even they knew that you been previously refused under 320(7b) and you used deception. By law they can't refuse you now where you previously granted the leave. There is Upper Tribunal decision in similar case and appealant won the case. I have to look it for you and will post you on this thread.

It's better that you are using a firm. Your solicitor should be good and you have to pray for favour too.

They will always make reference to your immigration history once your visa application is not granted.

Did they refuse you only on this grounds? "Immigration history"?

Right!

That's where they have made a mistake.

If your solicitor can defend you properly on your past mistake then they have no other reason but to grant u yr visa. Your solicitor shld know what to address. Your success really lies in this appeal and it will help you to put record straight. Give it the best shot.

I wish you best of luck.

You have to have the right spirit to win this appeal. They have made few loopholes already. All you need is a good solicitor and a positive mind and it will be fine.

I hope your appeal is oral.

The problem might just be you paying lots of fees but please I advice you to look for the money and just pay it, provided the firm have got good records of winning appeals or probably committed to individual client matter.

This appeal is your golden shot.
