Hi all,

I applied for EEA 1 and EEA 2 applications together through a solicitor... applied at the end of Jan 2013 but did not receive a Certificate of Application yet. But in the beginning of april i received EU national passport and residence card issued by the home office means she is exercising her treaty rights and her case is perfectly fine and RC issued in feb but we received in april but now EEA 2 application is still pending... but no response. my solicitor wrote 3 letters to home office but they replied none of them please help what should I do ?

what should i do ? My job contract has been terminated last month and now im jobless there is no COA from HO and no updates very stressed

One more thing i have a corresponding adress of my solicitor means all post and documents from HO delievered to his office address.

The issuance of EEA1 Registration certificate is a positive indicator for your EEA2 application and after which delaying EEA2 RC application seems totally unreasonable. In that case apart of solicitor you can seek help from your MP to trace your application.
Yes all the correspondence will be conveyed at correspondence address but also keep an eye on home adress too just in case.

Thanks for your help sheraz
some people are telling me that your application has been approved means to say that they issued EEA 2 as well
is this correct that after issuance of EEA 1, home office won't have any objection for EEA 2 ?

In most cases anytime after EEA1 registration certificate being issued the EEA2 RC also arrives and sometimes both arrive together. I hope you should be fine. Just keep on checking your address.
Best of luck.

Why did you lose your job? Was it related to lack of documents?
