Tier 2 ICT Switch to TIER 2 General Dependant -ILR

Hi,
I am currently on Tier 2 ICT and my husband is in UK as my dependant.He is switching to TIER 2 General and i am planning to switch my VISA to Tier 2 General Dependant.I would like to know if the time spent as Tier 2 General dependant will be counted towards ILR?I can apply for ILR in March 2014 but I doubt my company will provide me with a letter.
Please let me know.
