openning a business with no previous experience

HI

i would like to know if i can submitt my application based on a business plan that is not related to my field or career. in other way, i work as a director of sales with a property developer in the middle east. can i apply my application based on oppening a resturant or buying a supermarket or even both.

If you apply in country application route psw to tier1
Then you only allow to run company as a director or you be self employed and only do not less then level 4 job. And restaurant is not on level 4 job you could buy property in Uk any time but you can't run restaurant under tier1 rules
