Please help me as i am confused:
Me and wife had ILR last to last week and category of my ILR was Set(o) in Tier 1 general. We didnot included our son who is 6 years old (Not british) as his passport was expired. Now we got his passport and now we have to apply for his ILR. Can you please giude which form i have to use.
Also let me know what documents i have to submit to home office.

Was your son born in the uk?
He is not british he is Indian Passport holder

You can still get an Indian passport if your child is born in the UK. If your child was not born in the UK then his registration will be subject to discretion under section 3(1) of the British Nationality Act see

Guys dont take it otherwise, we are ILR holders under Tier 1 system and we missed my son when we was applying the ILR. Now we want to apply his ILR based on my. Which form i have to use? And what documents i have to send in post?
