FLR(M) Documents required for Maintenance

Post by Shan77 » Thu Jun 27, 2013 6:41 pm

My wife came to UK as my dependent in April 2004. She moved to Tier 2 General PBS dependent in Nov 2009 and extended the tier 2 PBS dependent visa in Sep 2012 which is valid until Nov 2015. She is now switching to FLR(M) since I received ILR under long residency last month.

I understand that she falls under the old rules and is not required to fulfill the new financial requirements rule. But maintenance docs are still required.

If we provide the following docs as evidence, should these fulfill the requirement or we need to provide more to these:

My 4 months payslip
4 months bank statement showing salary payment records
Letter from My employer

For applicant 6 months payslips, 6 months statement, her P60, employer letter.

I would highly appreciate your advice.

Seems more than adequate. 3 months payslips and corresponding bank statements would suffice.
