I have a 5 year work permit running untill 2011. I have managed to bring my wife and 4 kids to join me as my dependents. My daughter, the eldest, is now 19 and is still my dependent after home office granted her same status as the rest of my family. My question now is she recently gave birth and the father was an illegal immigrant who has since voluntarily returned to his country. We are planning to go for a visit back home in Africa this summer and would like to take my daughters baby with us. Can i successifuly apply for the baby to be put as my dependent as well and obtain a VISA?
Secondly my daughter now has her own independent job which pays very well. She want her fiancee to apply for a spouse VISA and come back here so that they can take care of the baby together. Is this possible, i.e my dependent bringing her fiancee as her own dependent? She still want to remain as my dependent.
Im due for an ILR next year , 2008 february, so as all my dependents i suppose. Will this help matters at all especially for my daughter to bring her fiancee back to the UK??
