Hi. My Question is if Home office representative will send two appeal bundle, one for Judge and other bundle for applicant solicitor. If by mistake, the applicant Solicitor will not receive appeal bundle, then what happen on hearing day, the applicant solicitor will continue argue on appeal case or request for new hearing date and appeal bundle. Its only one refusal regarding applicant validity of signature.rsrameshsunil wrote:nish_patel7 wrote:Hi guys i applied for the appeal on 12th of june and have not submitted the supporting documents yet bcs i have to bring it from india. You are right. The documents you are about to submit is called as your appeal bundle. You must submit your appeal bundle 5 days prior to the hearing date. You will have to post two copies of your bundle. One for the judge. And another one for the Home Office representative. Similarly, the home office would submit their version of appeal bundle to you and to the judge.
Do I need to send it to the relevant court where my case will be appointed or to any particular address? And also will it b same address for the UKBA rep? Let suppose if I send this documents a day after I get the confirmation of my hearing date, will it be valid?rsrameshsunil wrote:nish_patel7 wrote:Hi guys i applied for the appeal on 12th of june and have not submitted the supporting documents yet bcs i have to bring it from india. 1.You must post the bundle to the relevant court you are allotted. However, any other correspondences like change in address, representative etc...must go to the HM Courts and Tribunal address provided at the top header of your hearing notice. Keep a copy of your proof of posting. Just in case anything goes wrong.nish_patel7 wrote:Do I need to send it to the relevant court where my case will be appointed or to any particular address? 2. It is not the same addres for UKBA. you can find the Home office presenting officers unit address in your hearing notice. You must post it to this address. Again, Keep a copy of your proof of posting.
3. And yes if you send them a day after you receive the notice, it will be valid. But you dont want to do that. Try to collect as many evidences as possible and prepare a very strong appeal bundle and take your full time. Just send them 7- 10 days before your hearing date. That way you dont give UKBA too much time for their preparation.
