3 yeas Discretionary Leave to Remain

Post by million111 » Tue Jul 02, 2013 8:30 am

Please I need advice, base on my immigration status am married to a British
citizen with a son, I was given 3 years Discretionary Leave to Remain.

My question now is can I apply for ILR after the current one?

Depends, if you have been in the UK for 10 years, legally and continuously, then maybe yes. If not, you need six years DLR for settlement, that 2 x 3 years DLR.
