In a pathetic situation. urgent help needed

Hi
I applied for Tier 1ent last year and i was refused this year. ftt dismissed my appeal last month saying my private and family life is doesn't meet the immiration rules since my son is not here for 7years.and permission not given to apply utt but applied straight away. donno what the decision will be.

Long story short.
I cam in dec 2006 and my family joined oct 2007. My son will be 7 year in this country by next year oct 2014, even if i want to apply under family route as a parent. Please guys what are the legal ways to stay till that time. my daughter born here in 2010. so she didn't get a right of appeal. and also they have mentioned due to the refusal deicison of your parent. she doesn't need to exit this country. all you views pls and its going to help a family.All i need is to buy time.

1. will I able to apply for flr(o) asking permission to sell my business and shop materials for 6 months.
2.Is there any other appeal will trigger if utt denies.
3.if utt denies shall i able to ask for any kind of reviews.

What was the ground of refusal for T1 and what was the reason FTT dismissed your apeal

have you got any idea how to do this.. and also if utt denies is there any chance to ask for review of current situation to any one. if so pls give me some idea.

the business was estalibhsed in 2011. and they are not happy the business will be over nvq4. waste of money and time i put in.
