asylum seeker marrying an EEa national

I am an asylum seeker from Kosovo and been living in the uk for 4 and half years. i am planning to get married to my girlfriend. i have been with her for nearly 3 years. she is an EEA national. is it possible for me to get married in this country. Please help!
