Operational complaint IND

Hi everyone.

My Iraqi husband is still waiting for a decision on his asylum application (and also marriage, human rights and DP3/96) applications. Longest outstanding application is asylum which is over three years now.

We have put in an operational complaint about the length of time everything is taking but although we had a letter of aknowledgement, its been over 7 weeks now and no further correspondence despite us emailing them and sending another 'reminding' fax and letter.

What if anything can we do and do the IND normally take these complaints seriously or will the complaint be subject to a three year wait too!?! hehe.
