If a visitor visa has been refused by the british high commission five years back by presenting a false document to them, what happens if one applies for entry clearecnce after geting approval of HSMP from UK . Is there any chance of visa refusal?????

Well as far as I know, any such refusals that was been made due to presentation of false info. will not be considered for the entry to UK. It also depends upon the reasons given at the time of approval. Also for sure, your case will be on a click away and they will surely find this record from your name and date of birth in their db.

Check with nearest british embassy/consulation, call them up, tell them the situation and if find an answer, kindly share with us as well.

Thanks.

Afzal
