Alhamdulillah...Got Approval Letter after 9 Months

Hello Friends,

By the Grace of God I got my visa approval letter today.

Timeline:

Applied on 20/10/2012
Biometrics on 02/11/2012
Interviewed on 16/04/2013
Email to MP 24/06/2013
Approval Letter Received 08/07/2013

Congrats gumsum. Do you think it came through finally because you wrote to the MP? I gave my interview in the first week of May, no news as yet. Do you suggest contacting MP?
